FAQ
Questions, answered.
Twelve years of Atlanta pressure washing means we've heard every question. Here are the ones we answer most often.
Pressure washing uses high-pressure water (1,500–4,000 PSI) to physically blast dirt off surfaces. It works for hard surfaces like concrete driveways, but it can damage softer materials — siding, painted wood, asphalt shingles, and stucco. Soft washing uses low pressure (less than 500 PSI) combined with a calibrated cleaning solution (bleach + surfactant) that dissolves algae, mildew, and dirt at the chemical level. We use the right method for each surface — high pressure where appropriate, soft wash where high pressure would damage.
